Optional add-ons
Your website, working while you are on the job.
Everything here is optional and priced up front. None of it is needed for the $500 site to work. Add it now, add it later, or never. All prices are in Australian dollars and your card converts them anywhere in the world.
Never miss an enquiry again
Most small businesses do not lose jobs on price. They lose them because nobody answered. These three fix that. Try the live demos.
AI chat assistant
A chat box on your site that knows your prices, services, hours and the areas you cover. It answers customers at 2am, and when someone is ready it sends their name and number straight to your phone.
- Trained on your business, not a generic bot
- Hands the lead to you by text or email
- Says it does not know rather than making things up
AI phone receptionist
When you cannot pick up, it answers in a natural voice, takes the job details, and texts you a summary straight away. It tells callers they are speaking with an AI assistant, so nobody feels tricked.
- Answers after hours and when you are busy
- Takes name, address, job and urgency
- 150 minutes a month included, extra at cost
Missed call text back
Miss a call and the caller gets a text from your number within seconds: sorry I missed you, what do you need? Most people text back instead of ringing the next business on Google.
- Goes out automatically, day or night
- Replies come to your phone
- Up to 300 texts a month included
Show up when people search
A good site does nothing if nobody finds it. These are the boring things that actually move the phone.
Google Business Profile
I set up or fix your Google listing: the right categories, services, suburbs, hours, photos and a link to your new site. This is the thing that puts you on the map when people search near them.
- Set up from scratch or cleaned up
- Services and areas written properly
- Verification walked through with you
Review booster
A printable QR card and a short review link, plus a message you can send after every job. It asks every customer, not just the happy ones, because that is what Google requires. I never write or buy reviews.
- QR card for the van or counter
- Ready to send text and email
- Optional automatic request after each job, $15 a month
Extra pages and suburb pages
A separate page for a big service, or a page for each area you cover so you show up when people search with their suburb. Written properly, not copy paste with the town name swapped.
- Same design as your site
- Written for the people in that area
- Live within a day or two
Get found and get called
- The $500 one page website
- Google Business Profile set up properly
- Review booster with QR card
- Missed call text back, first month free
The small things that look professional
Online booking and quotes
Customers pick a time or send a quote request with photos of the job, and it lands on your phone. Works with Google Calendar or the booking system you already use.
- Booking calendar or quote form
- Photo upload for quote requests
- Text alert for every new request
Business email
An email address on your own domain, set up on your phone and computer, so quotes and invoices look like they come from a real business.
- Set up on your phone and laptop
- Old emails can be forwarded
- Email provider fee is separate
Care plan
I keep an eye on it so you do not have to. Your domain renewal is handled, the site is checked every month, and you get one content refresh a month like new photos or a seasonal special.
- Domain renewal handled for you
- Monthly check that calls and forms work
- Same day changes, first in the queue
What I will not sell you
Ranking guarantees. Nobody honest can promise you number one on Google. Fake or bought reviews. They break Google's rules and get listings suspended. Social media management. It is a full time job and I would do it badly. Online shops. If you need a cart and stock, you need Shopify, and I will tell you that on the phone.
Ask me. I will tell you straight.
Most businesses need the website and maybe one of these. I would rather you spend $500 well than $1,500 on things that do not bring in work.
