Twenty minutes of conversation. A logo and photos are great if you have them; if not, I'll work with clean layouts and licensed graphics that still look sharp. Many clients start with nothing but a phone number.
Around $35 per year all up — paid directly to the domain and hosting providers, not to me. I set it up with you so you own everything: your domain, your site, your accounts. No lock-in.
Small updates are $50 flat, or $40/month on the care plan gets you hosting management plus unlimited small updates — new photos, price changes, holiday hours, whatever comes up.
Then you don't pay. That's the whole deal — no deposit, payment only on approval. I take the risk, not you.
