01The work

What you do, what it costs and where you work. Clear at a glance.

Your prices, the suburbs you cover and photos of real jobs. No stock images.

02The voice

Written the way you talk to your customers.

From one phone call, text or email. Your words, not agency filler.

03The proof

Real work and real prices, up front.

Kommand9's old page hid the price. The new one gives the reason, then the number.

48 hours later

You see it finished. Then it goes live.

Kommand9 Dog Training website
Dog trainer · Penrith

Kommand9 Dog Training

Cody runs a four week board and train. The dog lives with him, three dogs maximum at any one time, and it costs $4,200. His old site was a free Wix page with no prices on it, so the only way to find that out was to ring him.

On the new one the reason comes before the number. Three dogs against a facility running a hundred. The same trainer every day instead of whoever is rostered. By the time you reach $4,200 you already know why. Every package has its price next to it. Nobody has to ring to find out what anything costs.

“Udith was super easy to deal with, super understanding with all the changes I wanted to make. Within two days of launching the website I'd already had people comment on how good it is, how detailed, and how they chose me specifically because my website sounded like I was speaking to them as a person, not trying to sell them something they didn't need.”

What the $500 covers

Everything a local business actually needs

No surprise line items. Everything below is in the $500. Optional extras live on their own page with the prices shown, and nobody will push them on you.

The offer
$500once, no GST
  • 48 hours to a finished first version on a link you can open
  • $0 up front. You pay only once you have seen it and said yes
  • Do not want it? Say so and you owe nothing
  • You own it. Domain in your name, no contract
  • After that: your domain renews at roughly $15 to $35 a year, paid to the registrar, not to me

One page. Extra pages are $100 each if you genuinely need them.

Design and build

One page laid out around what your customers need to know, not a theme with your logo dropped in.

The writing

You tell me how the job works. I turn it into something a stranger will actually read.

Your own web address

A .com.au, .com or .co.uk registered in your name, first year paid. Not a wixsite.com address with someone else's brand in it.

Hosting, SSL, go live

Set up and pointed at your address. The padlock in the browser bar, sorted.

Built for a phone first

Most people see your site on a phone in a car park. That is the version I design first.

Click to call, maps, enquiries

Tap the number and it rings you. Tap the address and it opens directions.

Changes while we build

Tell me what is wrong and it is fixed the same day. I do not count revisions.

Small changes later, free

Change a price, swap a photo, add a suburb. Email me. I am not invoicing you for a sentence.

Optional add-ons

Want it to do more than sit there?

An AI assistant that answers customers at 2am. A phone receptionist that picks up when you are on a roof. A text back to every missed call. More Google reviews. All priced up front.

See your business on a website in ten seconds

3Want the real one?

Free to look at. Link in your inbox within 48 hours. You only pay the $500 if you want to keep it.

Live draft. Example prices and placeholder photos. The real one uses your words, prices and photos.
How it works

Three steps. No meetings, nothing to sign.

You will not be invited to a discovery call and there is no onboarding portal.

STEP 1

You tell me about the job

A phone call, a text, or a long email. What you do, where you do it, what it costs, and anything you are sick of explaining to people over the phone.

Day zero, about 20 minutes
STEP 2

I build the whole thing

Not a mockup or a wireframe. The finished site on a real link you can open on your phone and send to your partner for a second opinion.

Within 48 hours
STEP 3

You decide

Want something changed, tell me and it is done that day. Want it live, pay the $500 and it goes on your own address. Do not want it, say so and we are square.

Whenever you get to it
Before it goes live

Checked by me, on a real phone

Nothing goes on your address until the basics work. These are the things I check on every site before I send you the link.

  • Opened and read on a phone, not just a laptop
  • Tapping the number rings your phone
  • The enquiry form arrives in your inbox
  • Map and directions open in the right place
  • Padlock (SSL) working on your own address
  • Prices, suburbs and spelling match what you sent
Sixty second check

Is your current site costing you calls?

Open your website on your phone, then answer honestly. This is the same list I run through before I quote anyone.

0 of 14Tick what your site already does. The score updates as you go.

Want a free fix list?I will look at your site myself and email you the three fixes that matter most. Free, no sales call.
What everyone else charges

Same one page website. Very different invoice.

Builds every site himself · Sydney, Australia

I build one page websites for small businesses, and that is the only thing I do. I work from Sydney and my clients can be anywhere, because everything happens over the phone, text and email. No account manager, no offshore team, no ticket number. You get my mobile and you deal with the person who builds it.

I charge $500 because I only build one kind of thing and I have got fast at it. The people quoting three thousand are not doing three thousand dollars more work. They are paying for a studio, a project manager and somebody to sit on a kickoff call with you.

I ask for nothing up front because I would rather show you the site than describe it. If it is not right, you have lost an email and I have lost an afternoon. That seems fairer than asking a stranger for a deposit.

The things people actually ask

Why is it $500 when everyone else wants two or three thousand?

Because I build one thing. A single page for a local business, using a process I have done enough times to be quick at. A studio quoting $2,990 has staff, an office and a sales process to pay for before anyone opens a code editor. I have none of that, so you are not funding any of it.

What is the catch with paying nothing up front?

There is no catch, and I understand why you are asking. The site gets built, you look at it on your own phone, and then you decide. If you say no you owe me nothing and I have wasted an afternoon. I would rather risk an afternoon than spend a week trying to convince you over the phone.

Is 48 hours actually real?

48 hours from when you have told me about the business to when there is a finished site on a link you can open. What can push it out is waiting on you for photos or prices. If I am booked that week I will tell you the day instead of pretending.

What does it cost me after the $500?

The web address renews at roughly $15 to $35 a year depending on the ending, paid to the registrar, not to me. Hosting is free at the scale a local business needs. Small changes are free. Extra pages are $100, and the other add-ons are on the add-ons page with their prices.

I am not in Australia. Can you still do it?

Yes. Everything happens by phone, text and email, so it makes no difference where you are. The price is $500 in Australian dollars and your card converts it, which usually works out cheaper in US dollars or pounds. I will register a domain that suits your country, like a .com or .co.uk.

Do I own it, or am I locked in?

The address is registered in your name and your ABN. You own it. If you want to take the site somewhere else, I will send you the files and help you move it. There is no contract and nothing to cancel.

I already have a site. Is it worth redoing?

Open it on your phone. If the text is tiny, if the phone number is not tappable, or if your prices are not on there, then yes. If it already does those three things, keep it and spend the $500 on something else. I will tell you that on the phone rather than sell you a rebuild.

What do you need from me?

What you do, the suburbs you cover, your prices if you want them shown, and any photos off your phone. Phone photos of actual jobs beat stock images every single time. If you have no photos I will work around it.

Next step

Tell me about the job

Call or text. Twenty minutes and I have got what I need. You will have something to look at the day after tomorrow, and you have not spent anything to find out.

Or leave your detailsI reply the same day, usually within the hour.
